    No, you may cancel at any time. Refunds will not be issued except during the first 30 days.

  2. How soon will my account be set up and ready for use?

    In most cases, your account will be setup and activated within minutes.

  3. Do I have access to update my site 24 hours a day?

    Yes.

  4. Can you register a domain name for me? Can you set up domains other than .com, .org, and .net?

    We can assist with registering other domains, as well (fees for registering other domains will vary by country). Please contact our sales department if you require assistance in registering other domain types.

  5. Do you offer a money back guarantee?

    Yes. During the first 30 days, if you decide to cancel your account your money will be refunded.

  6. I see some hosts offering "unlimited bandwidth". Why don't you offer this?

    Technically speaking, there is no such thing as "unlimited bandwidth". Someone has to pay for the traffic somewhere - and if you check the fine print of some service agreements from companies who claim to offer unlimited bandwidth, you'll probably find that they do charge for traffic over a certain amount.

  7. Do you host warez sites or sites containing illegal material?

  9. Is my site backed up and how often?

    Sites are backed up on a weekly basis.

  10. I changed my control panel password and now I can't get in.

    Passwords are case sensitive. PassWord is not the same as password. If you are still having trouble signing in, contact support.

  11. How do I get my email?

    Incoming mail: mail.yourdomain.com
    Outgoing mail: your ISP
    Webmail: yourdomain.com/webmail

  12. I want to get started right away, but my domain name hasn't transferred/isn't in the database yet. How do I do it?

    Using an FTP client, login to 216.127.86.21 using your username@yourdomain.com and your password. You will see several folders. Upload html files to mainwebsite_html and scripts to mainwebsite_cgi. Once your domain resolves, you can use ftp://yourdomain.com.

  13. Do you have a secure certificate that I can use?

  14. What is the path to perl?

    #!/usr/local/bin/perl

  15. Where should I put CGI scripts for my domain?

    Upload your scripts to the mailwebsite_cgi folder. Besure to chmod them correctly and no higher than 755.

  16. Can I upgrade my plan or features later?

    Yes, you can change your plan at anytime. Please contact support.

  17. How can I change my account or billing information?

    Click here to update your account and billing information.


  18. What happens if I go over the bandwidth limit for my account?

    You will be billed on the following month for any extra bandwidth used. Your site will not be suspended.

  19. How do I cancel my Account?

    Email support or billing with your account details for canceling.
